Looking for some dexterity based gear with black chain/plate visual for a halfling warrior (brell)


This is a TLDR of requirements by slot. A ranged dex item is particularly desired.

head dex > 9 (black or cloth)

chest > ceremonial iksar chestplate, black
neck dex > 7
arms dex > 4 black chain or plate
back dex > 13
waist haste > 21, dex > 0
shoulder dex > 7
wrist dex > 0 black chain or plate
