Oh my god you already have a monopoly on raid tanking targets. It's nobody's fault but your own that you can't read and thus won't learn how to cast the most basic of spells. Learn to Taunt, ask a SHM for Avatar if you don't have a Primal, count your blessings and be grateful.

This project isn’t about fairness and overall server experience.

It is about recreating classic experience (for better or worse).

I get the appeal of a Luclin BoC, but I feel like we hold agro pretty well as is. It's just an oddity of the class!

We should include all first patch luclin changes here as they were meant for velious but due to project management and release cycles of software they were delayed.
