yeah, arena is actually kinda okay... i hate most of these new cards and feel like an idiot for actually spending some dosh on a digital card game but it's apparently still popular cause i get matches instantly which is a refreshing change to most of the shit i'm into and play

The hype around Arena feels a lot less compared to it during the covid era a few years ago but even the queues for Brawl pop really fast. I put quite a bit of money into the game when I stopped drinking. Used to spend like 200 a week on vodka but told myself if I didn't drink that month I could spend 2-300 on Arena. I haven't had a drink in almost 4 1/2 years and don't spend money on Arena anymore due to having 400+ rare/mythic wildcards. Kinda wish I would have invested that money into something but hey I'm sober and was probably cheaper than most rehabs.
