Can players who have turned in their tome of discord heal/buff other discord players? or is it non interactable for all? if anyone could give me a run down on the actual discord rules after turning in tome that would be super super helpful to a project im working on :)

Some people who want true solo self found use the book as a way to accomplish that

i have now finished experiment and discord players CAN heal and buff OTHER discord players.....

hardcore discord mode is a GO

Was going to say, in the past I've turned in the book to escort a newb to the Priest of Order so he could rejoin the light. Once I was "red" HB stuck on him just fine.

That's always been common knowledge. PvE heals/buffs PvE and the special ed kids/pvpers can jerk each other off in a corner. Fuck PvP in its entirety.

Not sure if it's still a thing, but until late last year if you're dueling someone you can apply buffs and heals as well as damage while "fighting".

How about that for a loophole?
