Bard dots doing no damage
 

Does anyone have any idea what going on here? My bard's DoT's are no longer doing damage to any mobs. I've tried re-logging/zoning, single target/multiple targets, nothing seems to work. Anyone seen this before?
I noticed that this only started to happen right after a death in FV.
