mrna vaccines greatest achievement, white supremacy greatest threat...got it

The technology behind mrna vaccines might very well be a great achievement (Robert Malone thinks so, he holds patents on it and was also censored as a "fringe kook" for having reservations about it's use in the covid vaccines), but it's also incredibly novel and unproven compared to traditional vaccines. Hence people's skepticism of the covid vaccines, and their abysmal performance at preventing a virus that isn't very dangerous for most people.

I think most reasonable Americans, liberal or conservative, take issue more with the interplay between corporations and our republic than the concept of a corporation itself. Mainly the fact that we've allowed ultra powerful entities to hijack our system of representation so thoroughly that our institutions are crumbling around us. MAGA's seem to yearn to be ruled by cartels.

What confounds me is that the same people who claim to adore free market capitalism allow themselves to be tricked into dismissing the technical miracles it produces. The technology behind mRNA vaccines is one of Western civilization's greatest achievements.

Heh. Well, good luck with that. You can get needled all you want, I'll pass.

And get assaulted, bodily fluids on them

Should be paid a lot more. Any job where you can randomly get the shit kicked out of you should be paying a lot

How many managers or accountants would continue working after the first time a customer kicked their ass?

Zero

Businesses and wealthy tax payers are fleeing from their crime-ridden cities.

Sure, what's a few more tax-payer bucks?

You just can't make this stuff up.

You can, apparently. That's a spicy rhetoric!

Rhetoric has three styles, conventionally. Cicero breaks it down as follows:
  • speech meant to be plainly understood
  • speech meant to be both understood and appreciated
  • speech meant to arouse emotion and persuade

So you get three ways of speaking with others:
If I am telling someone how to disarm a bomb etc.
If I am telling someone how to always choose the finest restaurant or hooker etc.
If I am simply trying to get people to move. Or vote. Or find me not guilty, etc.

Talking about politics can be conducted under any of the styles. Although Cicero understood, unless one is dealing with friends (good Aristotelian, Cicero), the third mode is mostly what you have to slog through.

But one is always free to discuss matters using any of the styles. "Ain't no bitch gonna tell me how to talk," as Cicero would say to his coterie.

"Politics is, at best, the rent that knowledge and art pays to bullshit" -- St Augustine.

That's a lot of wasted words, such nonsense. Typical liberal drivel.

I think he means the tenants of the tents, tenements, and state houses.
