it's so nice to see some of these white collar crimes actually charged. i'll never understand people who defend financial crimes; these rich af people are the absolute worst of the worst.

hoping for some felony convictions here!

He also said if Trump was tried, convicted and even if he was in prison Trump could still run for president and win.

Felonies? Is this DA for real?

Oh and "New York prosecutors say they want the trial, in this case, to take place in January 2024, right on the eve of the New Hampshire presidential primary."

I mean come on we can all see what's going on here.

3 payments turns into 34 felonies somehow without the conspired crime(s) being charged.

Did Tromp intend to commit campaign finance violation? (federal)

Did Tromp intend to commit tax fraud in New York state? (state)

Falsifying business records definitely isn't legal though.

It's a misdemeanor unless it was done in conspiracy to commit another crime.

Said crime hasn't been charged.

Better call the Trump people up ASAP, they need all the help they can get and you're apparently some kind of legal expert now.

Surely Reinstatement Day is coming any day now :p

The statute of limitations has long since expired
