Emissary of Thule apparently has incorrect stats in p99

Hello there, i've been doing some investigation on EoT because i remember back in the day, this pet being stronger than the actual P1999 version, and here is what i've found so far in different sources.

Emissary of Thule Level Range ? - 50 (SPECTRE)
(Level 59) HP Range 2400-2800
(2 bone chips & a Peridot) Max. Damage 61, Double Attack (random), Bash 40, Kick 40, Dual Wield (auto), Triple Attack, Procs a minor drain life spell (?)
New Abilities Stun ? (Peridot Required to cast spell)

Also i've found out during a parse from somebody else that the pet used to do 75 Lifetap Procs

So to resume this, pet max level could be up to level 50 instead 47 as of today. Bash/Kick upped to 40. Lifetap proc 75? This last one is the one i am wondering. I've read also somewhere in Allakazham that max pet used to hit for 71 Max. I hope this does help out
