Captain Tillin & Executioner

It seems Captain Tillin and his Executioner are stuck in a loop in Qeynos.
The executioner states that he's been summoned, to which the captain tells him to go handle McNeal Jocub, the executioner says "Aye sir!" Then restates that he's been summoned. I've noticed this for 2 days now with approximately a 1 second delay between each statement. I fear their vocal boxes may be severely impacted by that amount of stress without a break.

This happened to me a few days ago! I did part of the Gnasher's Head turn in (the tattered note) with my human-illusioned dark elf enchanter and the executioner appeared and started repeating that line.

Alla was kind of vague on whether there was any reward from following the executioner and watching McNeal die and the comments suggested he just pops when he dies. I waited a minute for the executioner to move and just assumed it was broken and would reset itself.

I guess it never actually reset.
