Where can you bind in OT if you are a good race and a non-caster?

How close is it to the cliff golem?

is it a safe spot to bind?

If you just go there, you'll see it's very safe. The wall extends beyond the shoreline, so you can just bind next to the water and nothing will ever touch you there. So basically - east side of the outpost next to the water.
