I logged into my aacount after a year, and all my characters were deleted.. also every server i have a halfing druid lvl 1..

Did you patch?

This is a good suggestion. If you are not fully up to date patch-wise, you will not be able to see any of your characters.

However, I believe the developers do occasionally wipe level 1 characters. For your level 1 druid specifically, it is possible they may eventually disappear if you don't level them up.

Yes I've installed the patch, the characters that are missing were lvl 59 and 47 and multiples others with amazing gear and a lot of platinum. I was in Aftermath and Vanquish my characters weren't new....

I've taken several breaks and reinstalled with no issues this is a first

Maybe banned for some rmt in the past that caught up to you while you were gone? I thought I seen someone post that you were a cheater.

I've heard there have been some issues with the log in server but not sure if that's related to this. I had an issue the other day where my chars didn't show up but logging out and back in fixed it so I'm not sure what it was.

I've re-downloaded the game like 10 times and signed in and out countless times
