Getting stuck at server select screen
 

I get to the screen shown in the pic and nothing ever shows up. This is my first time with P99. My server account is Xotros

I'm not sure why the image isnt showing, but I get to the server select screen but no servers show up.

I followed the guidebook to a "T". I am not using the EQEMU as it said it was optional. There is nothing in the FAQ that addresses this.

Xotros, please understand that no one is incentivized to assist you, especially not on a problem that has any number of causes and as many solutions. So, meet us half-way, use a search engine and find previous posts that had the same issue, and let us know your results.
