yep, im running a new system with win 7 64 bit. everything works fine.

Same here, Windows 7 64-bit, no issues. Need to do 64 bit OS if you want it to recognize anything more than like 3250MB or 3.25GB ram. If you don't have 4GB+ Ram then you can get away with the 32-bit OS.

Not a problem here, but mainly i've heard issues with dual/quad core processors even though i've not experienced any of these problems myself.
