Undertow Skeletons not agroing if they are green
 

In Dagnor's Cauldron the undertow skeletons should agro regardless of level (at least to level 56) they are undead, after all.

I tested this today with a level 54 player and watched a level 50 player stand there while the skeletons walked past.

This mob still aggro on me at 33rd level
