Bro Z and Bro Q shouldn't be KoS to evils
 

Brother Zephyl and Brother Qwinn should not be KoS to evil races. They should be indifferent to everyone.

And while we are on the subject can we make sure that they both drop the Robe of the Lost Circle 100% of the time.

Around June 6 2001 someone reports that the drop was nerfed.

While I haven't checked the factions yet I am curious if this has been fixed.

Also has anyone killed Bro Z or Qwinn to verify that RotLC is 100% drop rate?

I havent killed Bro Z in about 6 months since back before Kunark.

I can confirm when we mage zerged him a total of about 3 times we didn't get a single robe.

If the proof above isn't good enough let me know and I will dig up more. Drop was 100% for quite some time.

Being an Ikky monk, these two being KOS is highly annoying when trying to do robe quest. Since the headband and sash are able to be traded, you can get to the point of the hand in with these two without having to do any factioning. Can anyone confirm in some way that these are or are not supposed to be KOS? Earliest post I can find on them on Allakhazam only goes back to 2004, but who knows about before that. For what its worth, a posting in 2005 on the Brother Qwinn page states:

"This is incorrect. Brother Qwinn gives no faction hit at all. (He may well be on Beta Neutral faction)."

Does anyone else know a way around this without having to do tons of faction work for the moment? Wolf form / chanter charm to indiff / FD turn in?

Wolf form is confirmed to work. Had to do it on my iksar monk a week or two ago.
