Exception Unknown Exception...
 

My friend was just trying to install EQ on his computer. Everything was working fine except, when he tried to connect to the server, the starting music would start playing, but then it would come up with something like Exception Unknown Exception at 0xc00000005 or something weird like that... Does anyone know what could be wrong?
