step 1 is finding out how many stores sell rotissserie chickesn and having parking lots, then u gotta observe some stores and see how many chickens get consumed in like a 7 day period at multiple stores find the average then do the math (thats a lot of steps butt should get u mostly there) more observation time == more accurate prediction
