2v2v2v2... Random Team-Up Event

Denizens of Norrath, the time has come for you to prove yourself in the Arena. On Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 1PM EST, there will be a 2v2v2v2... tournament, and the winning team will get a Zlandicar's Talisman. Sign up to fight for glory - and an ST Key.


Rules:
- Participants will be randomly paired with a partner ~30 minutes before the event. The pairings will be random, with no regard for class composition or guild tags.

- All teams will fight at the same time in a free-for-all type event, with the last team/player standing declared the winner.

- Must be level 60 to participate.

- The event will be held at the Rathe Mountain Arena, on the elevated platform. It may be expanded to the whole Arena if we get a lot of participants.

- Competing teams will be debuffed before the match.

- Before the event starts, there will be a 30 second period for buffs and pet summons.

- Detrimental spells cannot be cast during the buffing period.

- No clickies or consumables of any kind are permitted, except epics, jboots, and crystalized pumice.

- no wolf form, no skeleton form.

- Starting positions are allowed anywhere that is legal.

- We are allowing the use of rogue poisons, except for any that blind.

- The following spell types may not be used: Any form of Charm. Any form of Fear unless directed at a pet. Any type of Blind spells. Gravity Flux or Invert Gravity. Any type of gate or translocation spell (Example: shadow step).

- Any use of exploits or bugs will result in immediate disqualification from the event.


Entry fee:
- 500pp for player that signs up at least 24 hours before the event starts.

- 1000pp for player that signs up within 24 hours of the event.
