I think a new red with a different ruleset likes teams or something would definitely do well in the short run. I've never played on red or any PvP server but would 100% give it a shot if starting fresh.

Yeah and put item loot in at the start and see how it goes. I'd give it a try.

Supposedly there is worn ac, dmg, haste caps by level. Add in worn regen caps by level to stop fungi griefing and i think this is solid.

Staff plays on QUARM though.... which is just 1 year old (and still in kunark). So I don't think they see a big need for a new server.

My guess is maybe in 3 years when Quarm has progressed past P99 timeline they will think about a new server again.
