Zoning and losing buffs
 

Usually if you are below 20% hp you zone and lose your buffs.

I have lost buffs multiple times when zoning with around 50% hp.

This is a classic mechanic and intended. Its not based on percent though

If you zone with less hp than the total amount of +hp in your gear, it will strip everything zoning
