Project 1999 - Burning Wood - Specific Named Spawn Cycle Repop time is wrong

I remember this in Kunark and Allakhazam backs it up in the player comments:

His Spawn Point is -475,-2550 and he spawns every 2 minutes. PH can be anything. Drop rate on Coat has been 1 in 5 for me.

There's a spawn point at about -450, -2550 that should be on a 78 second timer (other's correct the above quote on exact time). I actually recall it being like this on p99 before, so not sure why it was changed. The spawn is currently just on the normal zone timer of 6min 50 sec.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the PHs currently spawning, but the comments also include PH's seen and confirmation of named Phurzikon & Nezekezena
