Guard Weleth neither responds to hails nor quest prompts (edit: at max ally).

I killed him, seeing if that resets the mob in some way. (Edit: it did not work)

When was the likely update? Still not working as of 23rd April

As you can see on the front page (https://www.project1999.com/) the last update was December 18th. This fix has not yet been released.
