i'm going to hilton head island this weekend. famously, it's the headquarters of comstar in the future or some shit if i remember my battletech lore correctly. i probably don't.

i'm gonna have beer and walk around on the beach and read some books. what about you on holiday?

that's swell, san diago is a lovely city. i'd go further but hilton head is like a five hour drive from here so it checks out.

wife and i did rebook the honeymoon we meant to have until covid intervened, we're taking a cruise to alaska the first week of august. never sailed on norweigan but it looks p. working class.

since i can't merely thank this post i will just say I GET IT

About to leave on a cruise to Alaska. I'll be eating king crab, watching glaciers from my balcony, and playing P99 on a boat motherfucker ... with a terrible internet connection :(

We're doing Carnival this time; I don't think we've cruised with them since our honeymoon, so we're giving them another try. However we've done several cruises with Norwegian, and they're always nice. Last time their steak and fries lunch was so tasty, my wife and I ordered it the entire cruise!

Let me know if you want any tips (this will be my 3rd time going there).

We are heading back to our old stomping grounds where we met. Visiting the Groton Pharma campus where the magic all started.

Then heading to stay at Foxwoods to go to the new Great Wolf Lodge for the water and adventure park.

Then back to Canada.
