So pet's cannot dual wield till 49?

Can this be changed? IIRC It was 29 that classic pets could start dual wielding, this makes it much more difficult than it should be for pet classes to solo.

I know this isn't one of the most pressing issues, as it only affects a few amount of classes, but I don't see this as taking hours and hours to fix as opposed to the more pressing issues like zone pathing.
