Necromancer Blood not dropping for Collier's Weapon Treatment?
 

I've killed maybe 30 to 40 Heretic Invaders and Jelquar the Soulslayers.

I have seen countless heads, robes, and shields drop, but never a single Necromancer Blood.

Any chance this is broken?

Disregard, it finally dropped. I was just unlucky.

I loved that quest.

Also where you using a stabbing/slashing or bludgeoning weapon?...
