15 years of people using the same names from name generators of all types and sites dried up
and we just want to fucking play the fucking game meanwhile theres a fucking sea of sub level 5s out there hogging shit like Dorine or Nimblefeet

Absolutely, but I can't think of any way to do that which wouldn't be a total nightmare for the staff.

I think it's easier to just ban insanely uncreative bot naming conventions. Not that all those bot accounts should be banned, but there could be some kind of staff intervention where they make you rename the toon to like anything else. Bigballs is a better name than ggdaintwo.

I believe Ciderpress is trying to say that we need a fresh server, in classic, so his boredom with the nearly 6 year old server can be washed away. Then he may focus on immersion and the shared journey of the rest of the server while hating on their naming conventions!

I would absolutely love a fresh server, but I'm also not gonna ask a bunch of unpaid volunteers to make that happen.
