Which city took the most/least effort to develop?
 

I think is Qeynos/Halas. Not sure tho. I haven't really seen all cities yet.

Akanon is clearly the largest by volume.

Kedge according to the lore for "most"

Neriak is the most complex. Kelethin after. Then RV and kaladim.

Oggok and grabbed where the fastest most simple with akanon taking 3rd from the bottom.

It's clear everyone was into dark elf ladies.

They have a nice teal blue looking skin color. :D

The tunnel going nowhere in Oggok. What is the story there?

Lots of cut content. We were supposed to go all the way to veliius at launch butt they had to release immediately when the executives said.

We are missing a ton of really cool zones. We may never know what the oggok one was.
