Reload INI without full exit to desktop

Hi, I'd like to edit Charactername_project1999.ini to change my hot buttons. Mostly for /auc WTS spam. However, it seems reloading the UI doesn't refresh this data in-game. I have to quit to desktop and log back in for the changes to persist.

/loadskin to another ui template and then back ? Just a suggestion - I haven't tried.
