Why revenge is bad according to the Bible
 

This is the reason I stopped caring about justice or revenge long ago. I always thought it doesn't matter. Only God can do justice. In this life justice doesn't exist.

Revenge isn't the purpose of justice. Punishment is only adjacent to order.

A judge makes justice. I don't. A citizen doesn't have to make justice. He has to abide by the law and let the police and judges rule and decide outcomes.

i don't know what modern germany is like, but here in america, letting judges and police mete out justice isn't working out so great
