Need Help - New Password SMS reset - Still Can't Log Into Game
 

hey all,

I reset my client/login server password via SMS verification, created a new one, and it still wont let me in, tried again, and it says i'm locked out for 3 days. I did this yesterday, not sure if my new password isn't "updated" yet, as if i have to wait. I know p99 is short on staff too, let me know what to do.

this a bug? do i need to re-install the client?
