Mana regen
 

Is it intended that you cannot regen mana if you are out of food?

Having plenty of water, mana will not regen at all if you are fully out of food

Perhaps an undeclared "fix" in the latest patch?

Tested Food without water and it similarly stops endurance regen

So if you are a Monk/Rogue that doesnt carry water, endurance will not regen

Since its not in the patch notes, wasnt sure if these changes are intentional
