EQ Titanium and Windows 7-64 compatibility?

Is the EQ Titanium client compatible with 64 bit Windows 7?

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere, I read the FAQs and stickies and didn't see this, and you cannot search for "7".

Just make sure you have your UAC settings turned off when you edit certain files to get you to connect to the EMU selection.
