Where are all the cultural smithing/armor?
 

Also, What's the point of my Imbue Spell as a cleric... if the cultural smithing and armor is not implemented like it was on live during classic?

Wrong. They were added in succession during Kunark. While some cultural armor is supposed to be in game (re: Dark Elves and Barbarians(?)) some content has been delayed.

Gnomes were the last to see cultural armor I think. If you search hard enough, there has been heavy discussion on this forum before you.

I noticed last night in Oggok a merchant was selling bricks of Adamantite,
which is for Ogre war plate and Dark elf cultural used it as well at some point.

I'm not sure if the rest of the ingredients are live ATM.

According to Wikipedia kunark came out april 2000.

no mention of the Imbued version..i suppose that came later.

When you click the fashion link the wayback copy changes to October 2000. Keep an eye on the top of your page when you are navigating around that site because it will change dates on you.

Anyway, I can tell you with as much certainty as can be had in these situations that the first wave of cultural armor was added on September 19th, 2000 - the same patch that added epic quests.

When did dyed fine plate armor first appear?

I'm pretty sure dyes didn't come out till PoP, but I could be wrong.

Dyed fine plate is different from armor dyes.

The orig dyed fine plate used shaman made dye during the creation of the item

and i forgot about the /old/ cultural armor- i only reallly remeber the good stuff in pop
