Starting armor quests!?
 

Wondering if anyone can confirm/debunk this for me please! I thought I read somewhere on here that some of them were IN game.. I made a barb shammy, but am toying with a 1/2 elf bard... Any suggestions on this route? Starting zone, etc..

noob armor set quest in terms of anything besides cloth/ padded/ leather is not added till later

Yeah... luclin I think is when they added all those noob armor quests.

Play whichever class makes you happy. Which do you find more fun? You'll find more pals to play with on the other side of the world, but I dont think Qeynos is too bad.

Doesn't that then eventually lead to the outside of the bun becoming the inside of the bun? You need to think about the flux, keeping the balance, otherwise you're stuck in the grass is always greener, what if inside the bun is where the fat loots and white women are at?

For your barbarian shaman, check out the Initiate quest at your guild: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=749 . If you are careful, all you really need for a bard is your instruments. The best way to get starting equipments in classic EQ is thru saving PPs for banded or bronze armor or +stat jewelry =)
