the exp spots for 30-40 cant only be ot
 

so at diffrent random times the last few days when ever i'm on i'd do a /who all 30 40 search, but i break it down to 2 lvl increments on my search, like 30 32 to get the whole /who

but while lvling my ranger i've just stuck to the ot, semi-good solo exp, and or i can usally make a group when there within 30mins to a few hours, i dont really want to spend the next 8 lvls here to 40 just to slowly lvl my ranger, or if anyone could give me some hints on some good solo spots

but for places like mm and such figuring you gotta make your pug, then head there

At 31 you should be looking also at SolA however you will probably need to build your own groups here which should not be good difficult given the proximity to ports and East Commons. Once you get up a little more (lvl 35) head to City of Mist. Mistmoore is also a good choice if you can get into a GY group and later a Castle Entrance group.

Lower Guk has a crazy XP modifier, and can be soloed starting in the mid-30s (sooner if you're twinked). My untwinked enchanter soloed about a third of the way through 37 this morning in an hour.

If you can get the group there Kaseora is good xp and a chance at some decent drops.

As others have said Mistmoore, CoM, Sol A, L Guk. Could also probably CT, Unrest, or Highkeep.

Mistmoore is good from 25 to high 30's.

I'm in the same situation, if it wasn't for the braids-quest I would get the hell out of there. Mistmoore is awesome, but last I looked it was pretty deserted. I think LGuk will be my next bet - such a damn cool zone.
