Trade Channel
 

Hey guys, I began playing around the Velious era and I remember using a trade channel sometimes when I didn't want to run all the way to EC to see what was selling. Obviously we have a EC Tunnel sub-forum here, but I was wondering when the channels were added to the game and if there happened to be one already on p99 (which I'm guessing there isn't). Thanks.

I dont believe there is a trade channel in game. Either run to EC or do a forum post/search. The forum post/search method is pretty fast.

channels came with luclin

A trade channel would destroy the ec tunnel, most likely. We fighted hard enough to make it happen :)

Price gouging would probably stop

There was talk of putting in channels support at one point.

I don't think a chat channel would destroy trading in EC, but the AH would. I've debated the merits of the AH in Luclin and at the time it was great but now, having played wow, I don't fancy putting an AH mule afk all night to be very elegant either.

Honestly? The bazaar or a trade channel is probably the only non-classic feature I'd be behind. Sitting in EC trying to find items just isn't that fun...

I always just used the EC section of the p99 forum to find items. Its usually a lot faster/cheaper than sitting in EC.
