Highly, highly doubt it. That looks like something from a loot revamp many years after classic.

not 100% sure but im guessing since it has revamed stats such as ENDURANCE on it ..its probably a revamed item and not classic..but again i could be wrong.

Yeah I guess you are right I just looked it up on Lucy and it was added on 2007.
