Made a lvl 1 wizard... killed a white con runt, only gave half a yellow of exp. Tested a lvl 1 halfling in misty and leveled off first kill. Also the white con runt hit for 9 dmg.... almost owned me.... pretty sure that is too hard to be hitting for a lvl 1 kobalt runt.


Wizard name was Master
Was at time 6:10 PM PST
In Toxxilia Forest
Wizard was lvl 1
Kobald Runt was lvl 1

It's possible tox didn't get the XP Bonus update, but otherwise all mobs the same level give the same amount of XP.
