Exotic Drinks - Gregor Nasin in East Freeport
 

Quest NPC ate all 4 quest items. I turned them in one at a time as suggested online. He gave me the dialogue for the Barkeep's Compendium, but never gave me the item, the money, or the experience/faction hit.

I /petitioned in game to report and request the items back to try again.

I've done this quest around 40 times, and never seen this happen. I suspect that one of your 4 items was not the right one, OR, you already had a Barkeep Compendium (maybe in the bank?).

the wiki is incorrect, you have to turn everything in all at once or he will eat your items. i doubt you will get reimbursed, i asked to be reimbursed when i did the same thing and i was treated very rudely.

Great! Hopefully I get nice GM! It took me awhile to gather all those items.

Just hope Nilbog answers your petition because he is very cool about things like this.

Moral of the story: Don't trust the wiki, it's full of incorrect information.

Well, it is our obligation as players to ensure that we correct any deficiencies we find. Now that I know, I can do so. It wouldn't be right to just leave it wrong for the next guy/gal.

Quests have to be individually written to be MQable.

Since this quest has led to many people asking for reimbursements, I'm willing to rewrite it provided enough evidence that it was MQable.

So, post it up.

Thanks Nilbog. I'm not sure if it was MQable. I had all 4 components myself. I just followed the Wiki and handed them in 1 at a time thinking it was safer. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Appreciate the follow up!
