I have gotten the neccesary components for the combine to make Keg of Brells Blessed Stout. However, when i try to combine the components in the holy cask, I keep getting " You cannot combine these items in this container type "message

The 4 components are

Battleworn canteen
Forest Barley
Preserved Hops
Summoned: Globe of Water

Appreciate if you can look into it.

This is just a guess, but try using a regular water flask instead of the summoned water and see if that works?


I know on live pod of water and water flask were interchangeable in all recipes so who knows...

im stuck at the same area too, I have bugged it a couple times. I have tried water flask, summoned water, and foraged water. nothing :/

Likewise, I have tried using summoned water, water flask, but I still can’t do the combine.

Pump. any update on this?

My father has been stuck on this part for nearly 3 weeks. Aeolwind was looking into it. Hes tweeked it twice for him and nothing works so far. If a gm would like to trade in the components for the finished project he would appreciate it please.

I suspect that the error may the Battleworn canteen, becuz the Quest NPC did ask for Battleworn cantine, which is the word" canteen" in French.

However, the quest Mob in Unrest only drop Battleworn canteen.:confused:

Issue is with the combine. There is probably one similar to the one I created in the DB and that is what is causing the issue. Remember the jeweled skull lol.

Can we just turn in the combine to GM & get the quest reward instead? Just a suggestion
