Cant Log in to Project1999
 

Hello, last time i posted this on Bug so im sorry about this...well the problem is my brother cant log in to this server from his house, i post for him cuz the board says he got some ilegal IP strange :P. He is using a Modem Usb connection that let him play on games like WoW etc, he was playing with no probls till like 2months ago.

Now he click on server and try to log in but it never load, same with the project1999 PVP, but on other eqemu servers he can play fine.

Im thinking if just you guys disabled connections from things like Modem Usb etc now, becuase he never did anything wrong like for a bann or something like that, of course account isnt banned because he can play from others pc etc.

He already downloaded all the files needed for play here etc.

Whats he using to log in? something like a emu launcher or straight from the shortcut? I have had some issues with that happening on the launchers. If that is the case have him create a new shortcut (follow steps in getting started) and have him try it that way.

Happens to me the same Jore at work. My company is using 2 different proxies and one of them says that I have a illegal IP, I think your brother can't log due to that. Maybe you should ask GMs to make an exception for that IP blocked due to spam/proxy list or something like that
