hey all..

another basic question but something i see is lacking on the p99 wiki


How do experience points work in p99

Is it the same as regular servers...

where can get exp with somebody half your level +1 or is it something else..

IE a level 10 person could get exp with a lvl 16 person on a regular server

(10+ 10/2)+1

I'm just trying to fill in basic info atm heh

As long as your level isn't lower then the highest member of your party by more than x1.5, you will gain experience with them.

If you're at level 16 and someone is higher than 24, no experience for you.

Also if the mobs you are killing would give no EXP to the group's highest member, no one gets EXP.

Has anybody compiled a chart of what levels can get exp from what range monster.. maybe look something like

(Monster Level minus group level) on the y axis and the group level on the X axis

Then use a bar to denote who what levels actually get exp...

here might be a non polished example... dont mind my freeware spreadsheet program >_>

edit: sorry forgot to mention (I made this chart in like 5 mins before i went to bed last night) the bars can be different colors depending on what the monster con's at that point... like a lvl 60 person kill something -20 levels might con green so the bar could be green at that intersection.
