Worked one Time
 

OK, so i followed the guide, made my character, and was amazed that it worked.
I was trying to get the lifts in Kelthin to work and someone was helping me...
well, it kept pushing me off the lift, this led to me dying.

after I died I was booted from the server,
and now my IP is Banned...

I would like to know why and how this can be resolved

Your IP most likely has a temporary ban. They don't want people multiboxing, so when you try to log in before the server recognized that you logged out it will block your IP. Make sense?

Yes I am familiar with this, but I was crashing every time my toon died, or zoned, and then I was being banned.
now when ever I try to log onto my toon, instead of the game coming up it just takes me back to the account log in... and I have to wait 10 minutes to try again.

What appears as a ban is usually the fact that as you crashed your toon is still in the game and you can't connect to the server until the character gets booted out after a few minutes (this is linked to the no multi-boxing rules set up for the server). The odd bit is that you crash everytime you die. Not that I'm computer litterate but what happens when you zone?
