Squirrel Ninjas Vs. Gecko Ninjas
 

Who would win in a fight?

Squirrels, they have the teeth and agility.

Geckos' feet make molecular bonds with whatever surface they walk on.

Squirrels are p beast for things their size. Unless there is like a cat involved or something.

I have to go with Squirrels on this one. Geckos might have the stealth bit down but once the squirrel ninja gets his hands, er, teeth and claws on the gecko it's over.

Now if the geckos have throwing stars, crossbows and such, it might be another story all together.

Not me squirrels would have a hard time making it to my apt!

They are all ninjas, so are allowed to have any weapons a normal ninja would have. Personally, I think gecko ninjas would make best use of poisons and traps, while squirrel ninjas would prefer smoke bombs and those cool spear-heads-on-chains thingies.
