Isn't this guy for the classic monk robe? which was used later for the monk epic

for robe of the lost circle, not a bug

I'm pretty sure Robe of the Lost Circle was a Kunark quest, no?

I did some research to check up on it - at least according to Allakhazam, the robe is designated under the Kunark era.
