buffs

I have noticed being selo'd with sow sometimes...and resist buffs giving me retarded buffs..like this 190 cold resist if you cant see. The buffs last until you zone/wear off

I have noticed the selos thing as well.

Yeah. That's a known issue. It's a problem with buff addition that happens so rarely it's so far been impossible to reproduce enough to narrow down. It's not limited to movement, stat buffs occasionally go to max as well.

It's likely got a client based element, since nothing in the source leads to that result.

I am sitting in OOT right now and my HP isnt going up also.

How would this be fixed?

Yeah, zoning seems to be the only fix.

looks like you upgraded some of your wears with cold resist, how are we to believe this is a bug with the content team?

Ive had this bug as well, its real.

I was in SK and had my cold resist fade ( was like 65 CR with buff on ) rebuff and I was at 190 CR. Dissapeared when I recast.

Bump - certain druids know how to abuse this and gain really high spell resists. please take a look at it.
