pve vs pvp snare
Is code supposed to be the same for pvp and pve? I thought the reason why the resist rate was raised so that people wouldn't get plowed in pvp with an irresistable snare.
As it stands now, I have to burn half my mana pool during a quad to get snare to stick to mobs. |
Ensnare is 7mins plus. I quad fine with it :)

The issue is it's not landing. I think it's modifier is treated as it were lowered for pvp, and not functioning properly for pve

Explain. As in your duration isn't 7mins?

I am having the same issue with the necro darkness line, Im having mid-blue cons ( mobs in 2-5 lvls below me) resist 2-3 times in a row sometimes. If the mob is 1 lvl lower, even, or yellow I can understand this. No other spell line is acting like this. Not fear, nothing. obviously I get resists, but nothing crazy like Darkness.

Weird! I land snare 98/100 on yel-greens. Red's resist alot yeah...as they should.

Level 30 mobs resist snare 0-3x at level 36

then the mobs your fighting are probably guards and have a higher mr than most mobs.
