Fix bard equiping a primary weapon and instrument simultaneously
 

this needs to be in game was classic.

Doesn't matter whether Lazortag played on live. This was an exploit then and would be an exploit today. Any game mechanic that was not intended, but is used by the players to get an unfair advantage, is an exploit.

if you have an instrument in secondary you CANNOT have a primary

only exception is lute of the howler which was primary and you can equip an offhand ( Usually epic for group buff )

and then your just a bard bitch
