i was cooking and doing thanksgiving stuff and she had a special , food network ran stuff all day and she came on and was getting ready to cook her dish

i was like , ok green beans , lets see how paula is going to make this death

i make green beans all the time , saute in olive oil add some tomatoes , or even steamed with a little lemon and garlic , good stuff

She said honey you got to fry em in bacon grease if you want the real flavor

fucking bacon grease , and just when i thought she was done yep she put butter on them

so i wrote food network an epic fuck you letter and never got a response , im glad they didnt sue me but her unhealthy shit is just epicly wrong in a time where most people are fat , even fat kids

i ride my bike at least 2 times a week for upwards of 15 miles , most of the time i spend in the very large park near my house here in south florida , but i see alot of kids coming off buses and i do spend time cutting through neighborhoods

point being park is EPIC And dead most of the time , the kids dont play outside like they should anymore and way too many of them are fat fucking fatties

they all have some kind of electronic bullshit texting twittering twatting whatever , but they arent chatting with eachother at all

and now i turn on the news tonight and guess what
