installing titanium
 

I have a newish computer using win7. I just got a used copy of titanium, yes the disks do have some scratches but nothing looks major, it's what you would typically see from light-moderate use which would have been only to install.

When trying the install.exe or setup.exe ontitanium disk 1 I get an error:
"InstallShield Wizard
Setup has experiences an error
Please do the follwoing
-close any running programs
-empty your temporary folder
-check your internet connection (internet-based Setup)

then try to run the setup again

Error code -6001"

I only use firefox, but I made sure I dumped FF and IE temporary file folders, I closed all programs, and I had an internet connect. Got the error again. So restarted the computer and tried again. Went to my older computer that has XP and got the same thing

Has anyone had troubles installing it on win7? Has anyone else had this similar thing happen? Does this mean disk 1 is bad?
Any help would be appreciated!
